Roots Plants + Coffee blends two simple pleasures into one welcoming space: great coffee and a love of greenery. Founded by Bryisha “B” Lyons, this Slidell spot brings together baristas and creative horticulturists to serve handcrafted espresso drinks, pastries, sandwiches, and bagels in a relaxed, plant-filled setting. Surrounded by tropical houseplants and vibrant artwork, guests can sip a specialty latte while browsing plants to take home or settling in for conversation, study time, or community gatherings.
