El Guajillo

Serving up authentic Morelia Pambazos with guajillo punch.

El Guajillo, named for the vibrant guajillo pepper, brings fire and flavor to the streets of Houston. Felipe Landaverde was struck when he tried his girlfriend Lizeth’s recipe, a Mexican sandwich dipped and fried in red guajillo sauce called a pambazo. The two teamed up, launching a food truck with all the flavors of Morelia.
