The Story
Fat Katz Cuisine is led by Marvette, a chef whose path started in the kitchen with her great-grandmother and grew into a full catering and food truck operation in Cincinnati. A Black-owned, woman-owned, and veteran-led business, Fat Katz brings both background and intention into everything they serve. The menu leans into Cajun and Southern-inspired staples. Po’boys, pulled pork, jerk chicken, brisket, all built with strong seasoning and a focus on getting the flavor right. Since launching in 2022, they’ve quickly become a go-to for events, from large festivals to private catering, showing up ready to serve and built to handle a crowd.
