Foreign Policy Food Truck was created with one thing in mind, Houston’s cultural diversity. Due to its rich racial mixture, Houstonians have unique taste and enjoy food from all over the world. In pursuit of innovative food, we have incorporated several different international cuisines in our fusion-food concept.

Greek Pita (Gyro)

Texas Policy Burger

served on a toasted burger bun with a 1/3 homemade patty, crispy bacon, cheddar and Monterey cheese, grilled jalapeños, grilled onions, topped with jalapeño ranch

famous Korean BBQ beef, Monterey cheese, cilantro, and green onions, topped with spicy kimchi sauce and kimchi, served with seasoned battered fries and melted queso
