The Story

Quacy an Shenella Fernandes draw their inspiration from their Caribbean and South American roots. Combining Quacy’s culinary experties and Shenella’s creativity, they are able to create mouthwatering fusion dishes. Being from Guyana they experienced multiple cultures which they showcase in their food.

Bami Noodles

tender chickpeas cooked in a savory blend of herbs and spices including geerah, served with bami noodles, zuurgoed, and rice & peas

Rice And Peas

made with rice and peas, slow cooked together with aromatic herbs, spices & coconut milk
