Green Mountain Potstickers

Handcrafted Dumplings With Farm Fresh Soul.

Carey Kolomaznik never imagined she would be the face of Taiwanese cuisine in Vermont. Growing up in Taiwan, Carey’s family and friends would come together every weekend for a feast. Four generations would share scallion pancakes and dumplings, bonding over the savory foods that made Taiwan home. Life soon swept Carey to Australia, where she had met her now husband, a Vermont native. Together, they moved to the Green Mountain State, and Carey began her homestyle cooking once again under the name “Green Mountain Potstickers”. The savory, juicy, multi-colored dumplings and crispy scallion pancakes soon attracted quite a crowd. Soon, Green Mountain Potstickers had to move to the corner of the farmer’s market to make room for other vendors. Carey keeps her prices affordable and uses only fresh, local ingredients from local farms. After one bite of Carey’s famous potstickers, you won’t help but crave a second.
