Gyros King, a family-owned gem in Denver, brings authentic Greek and Cypriot street food to the community. Founded in October 2016 by Thanos Lemonidis, the venture began with a single food truck, quickly expanding to a second within seven months and a third a year later. In 2020, they established their first brick-and-mortar locations in the RiNo District and Edgewater Public Market.
