The Story
Gyro Shack started with founder Gus Zaharioudakis bringing a simple idea from Crete back to the U.S., then building it into something faster, fresher, and a little more creative than your average gyro stop. From classic pitas stuffed with shaved gyro meat or grilled chicken to rice bowls, salads, and loaded builds with bacon, feta, and spicy sauces, the menu keeps one foot in tradition and the other pushing it forward. It moves quick, everything made to order, stacked with toppings, and built to actually fill you up without feeling heavy. You come in thinking gyro, then realize there are way too many ways to build it your way.
