Happy Ice

Philly-born, dairy-free Italian ice bursting with colorful joy.

Founded by entrepreneur and tattoo artist Lemeir Mitchell, Happy Ice began as a single food truck and has since expanded to multiple brick-and-mortar locations, including their flagship store at 7324 Melrose Ave. Mitchell, originally from Philadelphia, was inspired to bring a taste of his hometown to the West Coast. Together with his wife, co-owner Danielle Emani, they have cultivated a brand emphasizing joy, hence the name!)
