Happy’s Grab-N-Go Burritos

The Story

Happy’s love of cooking was born on a farm near Roswell, New Mexico, where she was raised by her mother and grandmother. There, food wasn’t just prepared; it was grown, harvested, and crafted from scratch. If you wanted eggs, you gathered them. If you wanted salsa, you picked the tomatoes, garlic, and cilantro yourself. She learned to shuck corn, snap green beans, milk cows, and cook for large family gatherings. That foundation of fresh ingredients and hard work remains central to everything she makes today.
