The Story
Chef Emil David and Liz David built Hot Buns Food Truck by taking their background in high end kitchens and turning it into something way more fun and street driven. Steamed bao buns lead the way, soft, pillowy, and packed with savory meats, fresh toppings, and house made sauces that hit bold without overcomplicating things. It is quick, playful, and all about how the flavors come together more than sticking to any one format.
