International Truck of Tacos
The Story
Blanca Gonzales’s International Truck of Tacos is rooted in the cooking traditions she first learned alongside her grandmother and great-grandmother in Monterrey, Mexico. Since 2018, she has made it her mission to pay homage to her ancestors by recreating their recipes alongside the diverse women she employs, many of them mothers like her.
