Johnny G’s Meat and Deli’s food truck serves up local favorites crafted with the high-end meat from their butchery, a Bloomingdale institution since 1987. The Barese sausage recipe is typical to Bari, Puglia, Italy that the founder brought with him to the United States. Son in law, and one of the owners, Javier Villanueva affirms, “We have the best sausage around!” Order their Italian sausage, Italian beef, or their unreal Rib Eye Sandwich.
