The Story

Since 2013, Allen has been smoking BBQ for friends and family in the Texas Hill Country. Allen has been part of many BBQ teams focusing on everything from fundraising to competitions to serve the Hays County area. In 2020, Allen opened KnightFire BBQ, LLC. KnightFire Burgers and BBQ offers juicy Smash Burgers and BBQ sandwiches.
