The Story

Ali Ramadan's love for cooking blossomed in his mother's kitchen. Amid Sudan's war in 1998, he faced a pivotal choice– enlist or chase opportunity– and he chose the latter. He landed in the US in 2013 where he opened Kush Food Truck, featuring his mother’s tangy recipes like chicken dama.
