Lemongrass Fusion Bistro

The Story

Lemongrass Fusion Bistro has been part of Columbus’s Short North dining scene for decades, offering a thoughtful blend of Asian cuisines in a relaxed yet polished setting. Opened in the late 1990s by Pete and Chor Vitt, the restaurant helped introduce Asian fusion to the neighborhood by bringing together Thai, Japanese, and Chinese influences under one roof. Alongside its dining room, Lemongrass Fusion Bistro also provides catering, extending its well balanced flavors and hospitality to gatherings and events throughout the city.

Lemon Salmon

paired with mixed vegetables, white jasmine rice, and lemon butter sauce

Teriyaki Shrimp

ginger and honey teriyaki, mixed vegetables, and white jasmine rice

Seafood Basil

white fish, mussels, shrimp, and scallops, sauteed with fresh basil in semi-spicy Thai chili oil, served with fettuccine pasta
