Lillie’s Cajun Kitchen comes from Jada J., who started the truck in 2019 to share the food she grew up with while making space for her own ideas in the kitchen. The menu blends classic Cajun staples with carnival-style favorites, from seafood-loaded nachos and fries to other bold, easy-to-grab dishes that lean into that New Orleans feel. It’s a family-run setup at its core, where regulars become familiar faces and the focus stays on serving food that feels personal, flavorful, and worth coming back for.
