The Story

Because who doesn’t love a grilled cheese? Melted Madness started in 2015 with the idea that grilled cheese could be more than just a quick, simple sandwich. Built around better ingredients and a few creative upgrades, the menu leans into comfort food with a little more range. You’ll find them at local spots across South Florida serving hot, melty sandwiches, but the truck is just as much about events. From birthdays to corporate gatherings, they bring a full setup that keeps things easy and consistent for a crowd.
