Paradise Street Eats & Biryani
Hyderabad On Wheels.
When founders Ali and Ziggy sought to reach more people with their highly esteemed Dearborn brick-and-mortar establishment, Paradise Street Eats & Biryani, they opted for a food truck. With a mobile kitchen at their disposal, they could reach even more enthusiastic palates with their eclectic Indian fusion cuisine. The first of its kind in the area, Paradise serves up traditional recipes from South India’s Hyderabad region playfully mashing them up with unconventional ingredients from the global milieu.
Their menu entices with Butter Chicken loaded fries, Biryani rice bowls, and brioche pav sliders. Their celebrated butter sauce is a proprietary scratch made tried-and-tested recipe that takes a full day to prepare. Hyderabadi Dum Biryani is a historic dish with origins dating back to the seventeenth century. Dum Biryani is a single dish with a layered preparation of meat and rice that is sealed and slowly simmered. “Dum” means sealed and slow cooked. Paradise takes it up a notch by adding their beloved Butter Chicken to the mix. These guys are passionate about their mission to familiarize people with South Indian flavors. A goal of theirs is that their creative fusions lead to expanded adoption of the cuisine locally. We are excited to have Paradise Street Eats & Biryani as a new partner.
