Owner Maria “Pili” Del Pilar Gonzalez brings the flavors of Puebla to Pili’s Party Taco, building the menu around authentic Mexican street food with real depth behind it. Tacos, gringas, tortas, burritos, and nachos come stacked with bold flavor and your choice of meats from al pastor to birria and beyond. Rooted in the food she missed from home, the truck carries both cultural pride and the kind of energy that turns a quick stop into a full order. One thing leads to another, and suddenly you are adding more than you planned.
