The Story

Pitabilities was founded in 2011 by Jim Pashovich, bringing Mediterranean-inspired pitas, bowls, salads, falafel and gyro classics to Columbus streets and events. Built on local vegetables, grilled proteins and their signature Bella sauce, Pitabilities combines old-world flavor with accessible street food energy that’s become a local favorite on wheels and beyond.
