The Story
At Pizza Arno, freshness is king. Heather and Pablo Cruz pour their heart and soul, as well as the freshest ingredients around, into their flatbread pizzas. Established in 2018, Pizza Arno is a testament to the art of handmade meals, with everything from the sausage to the sauce being made from scratch. Owner Pablo hails from a long line of restauranteurs, learning the business at an early age while working in his family’s legendary restaurant Wagon Wheel in Cave Creek. His wife, Heather, left the world of corporate sales, ditching spreadsheets for sheets of dough and becoming Pizza Arno’s official manager. The menu combines fresh ingredients with creativity, with top-sellers like Chicken Bacon, layered with house-made white sauce and seasoned chicken breast. Others opt for the Dolce e Piccante, a combination of pepperoni, jalapenos, and honey sriracha sauce. At Pizza Arno, quality is guaranteed, and consistency is key. Heather and Pablo pride themselves on providing guests with flavors they can rely on, served by a family-owned truck they can trust. In fact, Heather proudly states that the best part of owning a food truck is the freedom it grants her and her husband to prioritize spending time with their children, who help run the business.
