The Story
Inspired by founder Suzy Batlle Cuban grandmother, Azucar Ice Cream Company leans into tropical flavors and recipes that feel personal, not manufactured with ice cream made the way it was done at home. Everything is made with real ingredients, often sourced locally, from mamey down the street to ripe plantains prepared by nearby markets. The menu reflects Miami as much as it does family, pulling from Latin flavors and whatever’s in season. At its core, Azucar is about carrying something forward. A love for ice cream, passed down and reworked into something that feels right at home in Little Havana.
