This familial warmth became the catalyst for Wontons on Wheels, his food truck that masterfully combines Caribbean and Asian influences. Launched in 2017, the menu features creative delights like Caribbean-inspired off-sale tacos and the 100% shrimp burger, reflecting Kyle's innovative approach. Family remains central to the business, with relatives turning food truck events into impromptu gatherings. Celebrating its seventh year, Wontons on Wheels is a testament to Kyle's dedication to family, food, and the culinary richness of Trinidad.
