The Story

For Rahul Vinod and Sahil Rahman, building Rasa has been a lifelong journey. Growing up in the ‘90s, the two had to drag their friends to eat at their fathers’ Indian restaurant. With the rise of fast-casual dining, they had a revelation– they could introduce Indian food to the masses. Partnering with their fathers, the friends set out to make Rasa.

tandoori paneer, tomato garlic sauce, lemon, turmeric rice, sauteed spinach, cucumber cubed, cilantro, tamarind ginger, mint cilantro, and chickpea noodles
