STUF'D is a Brooklyn based MWBE food truck caterer launched by New York native Rebecca Mitchel in 2016 to fulfill the need for a savory French toast sandwich. Growing up, Rebecca's favorite dish to eat was her grandmother Nan's French toast – and her grandmother's passion for cooking inspired her to launch a business of her own!
