The Story

Built on family recipes and a love for slow smoked barbecue, Sweets & Meats BBQ specializes in award winning meats, classic sides, and homemade desserts. Founded by Kristen Bailey and Anton Gaffney, the menu features pulled pork, brisket, rib tips, pulled chicken, vegetarian options, mac and cheese, and coleslaw served from both restaurant and food truck kitchens. With flexible catering options including buffet service, food trucks, trailers, and All Occasions menus, Sweets & Meats BBQ is well equipped for events of every size.
