Thai Elephant

The Story

In 2006, Pupay came to the US and met her husband, Jon. Missing Thai food, Pupay started cooking, and her dishes became a hit among Jon's colleagues. They began catering, which led to the idea of opening a restaurant. In 2014, they opened their first brick-and-mortar restaurant. The Thai Elephant is a story of ambition, serving up delicious, authentic Thai meals.

Spicy Basil Pad Kra Prao

choice of protein served with string beans, onions, bell peppers, eggplant, zucchini, and Thai basil, stir-fried in spicy sauce and Jasmine rice

Pad Cashew

choice of protein served with bell peppers, onions, celery, carrots, snow peas and sprinkled with whole cashews stir-fried in a Thai brown sauce and served with Jasmine rice

Duck Spicy Basil Pad Kra Prao
