The Story

This family-run truck keeps it focused on the baja. The Baja Shrimp is light batter, fried crisp, topped with slaw. Most people go for tacos, some get tostadas, but most end up with both. There’s also ceviche, loaded fries with steak or shrimp, and Agua frescas to wash it down. It’s the kind of spot you don’t overthink but one you line up for.
