The Story

Amauri and Leah are the husband-and-wife duo behind To Be Frank Jax. In 2021, they started as a humble cart and have grown into a full-blown truck. Playful, quirky, and downright delicious, this spot serves elevated takes on American comfort classics like smash burgers, mac and cheese, tater tots, and gourmet hot dogs made with top-notch ingredients.
