The Story

Tolia, created by husband-and-wife duo Alp Gumuscu and Tarci-Lee Galarza, brings the rich culinary heritage of Anatolia to Providence. Guided by merak (passion and devotion) and warm Turkish hospitality, their plates combine ancient flavors and modern creativity   from grilled kebabs to mezze and house-made dips in every thoughtful bite.
