The Story

Tom Vigdor’s love for food began at a young age, and his hibachi spot, Tombachi, is Raleigh’s most awarded. The menu features local seasonal vegetables and top-notch meats. The steak and chicken combo with succulent marinated chicken breast and garlic butter seared rib eye steak served over white or fried rice is most popular, but the yaki soba noodles and the perfectly plump chicken dumplings are to die for.
