The Story

Vita Da Pizza is the mobile offshoot of the acclaimed Inizio restaurant, serving up Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas across Charlotte. Grant Arons, a self-proclaimed “dough nerd,” spent years developing his pizza dough recipe. Think perfectly charred, chewy crusts with creative toppings. Each pie is wood-fired with every intention to transport you to Southern Italy.
