Taiwanese Roots, Second-Generation Shaped.

Jeff Wang embraced his identity once he connected to his community through food. At Yum Dum Truck, Jeff serves up an eclectic mix of foods that he grew up eating. He is inspired by telling his story through his cuisine as a second-generation Chinese American. Jeff’s creations are rooted in Taiwanese traditions steeped in American influences. The kimchi rice balls are a fusion of Asian American flavors and techniques melding together into delicious orbs.
