Greg began his career working in his family’s restaurant in the Greater Pittsburgh area. He has accumulated over 50 years of diverse experience as a chef in Michelin Star restaurants,hotels, fast casual as a National Franchisor and as an Certified Hospitality Educator at the Culinary Institute of America, where he was the Associate Dean for Culinary Education.
He remains active as a board member for an Incubator Production Kitchen, Hope & Main based in Warren Rhode Island.
In his previous role in research and innovation for the food program at Google his purview directed all transitions to “Speed Scratch” cooking working with large volume brand producers to create products suitable for all of the Google in Mountain View locations.
He currently is a managing partner in two companies, Culinary Science Inc as the Chief Culinary Officer for this food technology group and as the President for Innovation, Integration and Implementation for the Food Fleet Group, His most recent projects involved working with Warner Brothers Studio in the development and launch of “Central Perks Coffee Company” from the television show “Friends”.
