Wrangler of chaos. Vendor whisperer. Tactical genius. Friend to food trucks.

For more than seven years, Melissa Jackson has been immersed in the world of catering and events – overseeing everything from intimate dinners to stadium-scale productions. She has led teams, launched creative menus, managed budgets, and built lasting relationships with vendors and clients, all while keeping complex operations running smoothly under pressure.

Throughout her career, she has worn nearly every hat: logistics lead, creative director, team coach, and client liaison. What she loves most is partnering with small, local food businesses – helping them land major opportunities and watching them grow. Whether it’s bringing a neighborhood taco truck to a corporate campus or scaling a bakery for a stadium crowd, she finds joy in helping others succeed.

At the heart of her work is trust – earned through collaboration, consistency, and care. She believes great events don’t just happen; they’re built by people who listen, adapt, and bring bold ideas to life. That’s the work she shows up for every day.
