Working in a Mediterranean restaurant in 2008, Mohammad Al Taha felt a zing of nostalgia for his homeland with every shawarma and falafel platter served. Two years later, he set off on his own with four wheels and a flat top grill, and began serving halal eats across Dallas.

Gyro Over Rice or Fries

lamb gyro meat, diced tomatoes and onions, shredded lettuce, tzatziki sauce

Falafel Over Rice or Fries (Vegan)

four falafels, hummus spread, diced cucumber pickles, tomatoes, chopped parsley, mint, and tahini sauce

Chicken Kabob

kabob skewers (2) over rice with a side salad or wrap (1 skewer) with fries
