Southern-raised couple Brandy Motes and veteran (Buck) Beau Sewell grew up surrounded by comfort food. After decades in the food industry, they brought their family recipes and talents mobile with a fleet of Southern cuisine concepts. Today, their “triple stacked” slow-cooked brisket sandwiches are famous in the Metro Detroit area. With their brisket smoked for 26-30 hours and all seasonings made from scratch, this barbecue is not to be missed.
