The Story
Chef Henry Sanchez’s decades-long career began at the Culinary Institute of America in Upstate New York and took him from NYC to Miami. While working in Miami, Sanchez fell in love with Caribbean cuisine. Brenda Rosa, Sanchez’s partner in life and business, brings the warmth of the island to every guest at Cubano X-Press, where traditional Cuban dishes meet bold, modern twists.
