Chef Andrew Dudich launched Mama Dudes in 2016 with a mission to celebrate the rich variety of Central New Jersey’s artisan products and producers. The truck places serious emphasis on seasonality and uses locally sourced ingredients that feature in their healthy create-your-own bowl concept. Their motto truly says it best- excellent food for exceptional people.
