The Story
What started with a former athlete turned grill master and a New Orleans native with a love for food turned into something bigger over time. Cooking for family and friends led to bigger crowds, and eventually, the streets. Back in 2006, the Grill Master started showing up during carnival season, serving smoked sausages, burgers, and pulled pork to parade crowds. Word spread, and for years people knew where to find him along the routes. By 2012, he took it a step further and joined the food truck scene, bringing that same approach on the road. What started as a setup for friends turned into a full operation. One plate in and it feels like a Mardi Gras feast wherever you are.
