Findler Charles is a certified alchemist, fusing Haitian flavors with that distinctive Miami vibe. The Comcast RISE award was just what Charles needed to take his small business to the next level. Dedicated to broadening accessibility of Haitian cuisine, Charles, a self-taught chef, blends each dish with family tradition– using his mother’s recipes as a guide.
