Melt

The Story

Founded by John Wadkins and Jason Fiset after stepping away from the traditional restaurant scene, Melt brings indulgent, melty sandwiches and poutine to Greater Boston. The menu ranges from a Cubano with Swiss and brown mustard to BBQ pulled pork with horseradish slaw, plus a fan-favorite Chipotle Chicken layered with pico, avocado, cilantro, and plenty of cheese.
