Nigel Sielegar started his pop-up restaurant, Moon Man, with his cousin in the hopes of changing the way people experience immigrant cuisines. His keen focus on taste is reflected in his most popular offering, kue pancong, his take on a beloved after-school snack from his childhood. This crispy gooey coconut pancake is sure to satisfy all your sweet cravings.

Indonesian-style salad with peanut dressing, chopped-up lettuce, boiled potato, blanched mung bean, and fried tofu, served with peanut sauce

Indonesian Chicken Curry Over Rice

curry from central java made with shredded chicken braised in curry made with garlic, shallots, onion, chilies, cinnamon, cloves, and coconut milk

Nasi Campur Ayam

fragrant Jasmine rice served with glass noodles, spicy egg, stir-fried string beans, and shredded spicy chicken

Kue Pancong

Coconut Pancakes with a bruleed sugar top to form a sweet crunchy crust. Drizzled with coconut flakes and a special Indonesian palm sugar
