Puffles
The waffle that skipped class.
Puffles owner Caleb Deng preferred the kitchen to school. His favorite snack, the Hong Kong-style egg waffle, is a treat born out of the 1950s as a creative response to economic hardship. With both of his parents hailing from the island, he inherited a family recipe, refined it, and made it his own.
