Peru Power

Orlando, this is your Peruvian food fix.

Need more Peruvian food in your life? Meet Peru Power; Fernando and Caroll Melgarejo’s ode to the flavors of Peru has been a hit since day 1, and the truck has undoubtedly cemented itself as one of Orlando’s most go-to street food spots, picking up awards almost nonstop. There are a ton of grand slams on Peru Power's menu, like their Jalea Bowl, made with fried fish, yuca and calamari, or try their chicken rice bowl smothered in homemade chimichurri. If you’re feeling fresh their ceviche won’t let you down. Any choice is a good choice at Peru Power.
