The Story
Did you know gyros aren't even Greek? They come from Turkey," says Vladimir Demin, owner of Samos Grill. This nugget of history exemplifies Vladimir's passion for authentic cuisine, cultivated during his upbringing in New York City's diverse food scene. After moving to Colorado, Vladimir found himself craving the flavors of his home city. Frustrated by the lack of options, he partnered with his Turkish roommate to launch Samos Grill. Their food truck serves up true Turkish and Mediterranean fare, using halal meat, extra virgin olive oil, and scratch-made recipes.
