Established in 2016, Sapo Guapo is a family-run food truck feeding the 719 with tacos, burritos, bowls, and breakfast burritos at military bases, private events, and major local gatherings across Colorado Springs.

Pollo Tacos

½ Ib of grilled chicken tenderloin stuffed with fresh lettuce, our homemade pico de gallo and cheese

Korean BBQ Taco Salad

1/2 lb of bulgogi meat in a fresh fried jalapeno cheddar tortilla on top of a fresh bed of spring mix salad with fresh green & red cabbage, pickled carrots, cucumbers, green onions, cheese & homemade garlic-chile aioli

Carne Enchilada

½ lb of pork shoulder marinated in our signature homemade New Mexico Red Chile & spices. topped with fresh red & green cabbage, green onions, cotija cheese and finished with our ranch cilantro lime sauce
