Saucy Porka was born in Chicago in 2013 and expanded to St. Louis in 2022, when Amy Le and chef Rafael Lopez teamed up with her brother, Phil. Saucy Porka combines and reimagines the beloved flavors of Amy’s Southeast Asian heritage and Rafael’s Puerto Rican roots, rooted in the idea that food is love and a bridge to connecting cultures, traditions, and memories.
