The Celtic Pig
The Story
Melissa Ingram and Sam Bracken built The Celtic Pig by turning backyard smoking into something with real personality. Instead of sticking to one lane, the menu mixes slow smoked barbecue with Scotch Irish comfort, brisket and pulled pork next to bangers, Scotch eggs, and Irish poutine. It does not separate the influences, it just lets them live together, which makes the whole thing feel natural instead of forced.
